Be bold, creative, and innovative
In today's corporate and business world, whoever is more creative, innovative, and bold will be ahead of others. This is part of the lesson of innovation and change. The other part involves relearning and unlearning besides learning. As Alvin Toffler pointed out "The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn." I hope all of you will take time to reflect on Toffler's thought and determine how you can practise what he has said in your own learning.

In my opinion,Toffler's thought means we cannot stop progress of mankind and we must try to cope with it.
ReplyDeleteQuite true! Remember the motto I presented 'Who Dares Wins'? People may laugh at it because it is like very lame and weird, but not at all. In modern world you should not be bogged down by current status or issues. Move forward, find a way to turn the table and you win it. Modern day illiterate are people who cannot cope with it because they followed the term of 'pully command' which means you only work when ordered to. Be initiative taker and don't feel down when making mistake, at least you learn it now than later.
ReplyDeleteI quite agree with what Toffler said, The illiterate of 21st century will not be those... relearn. (cut story short HAHA) I think, if you dont learn then you wouldnt know how to write or read, the simplest example to give. Unlearn is to eliminate unnecessary things to be learnt eventhough we all know that everything is necessary for future usage but then we gotta fill our brains with good and urgent stuff first before the others. :D and to relearn is to enhance your knowledge in certain areas, because i thnk nowadays informations (for anything) are keep on changing as in it has improved from time to time, so i guess it wont be wrong to relearn so you will be more PRO in that particular area.
ReplyDeleteThose are just my opinions, I also am still not clear about what i just said but those are what came across my mind when i red the post by SILVERBULLET!! :D
nice 1.. its juz like install, uninstall and re-install.. to be a high performance PC we need to update our CPU always and maintain our quality.. or in other words; to be relevant to the world nowadays.. ngeee~
